Who receives the money when parents top up?

The money goes directly into the school's own PayFast account. Chuply never touches the tuckshop funds. You connect your own PayFast credentials in the school settings.
What does Chuply charge for?

Chuply charges a monthly SaaS subscription for the platform. That's it. No transaction fees, no percentage cuts from top-ups.
Can I start free and upgrade later?

Absolutely. Start on the Free plan with up to 30 students at no cost. When you're ready to scale, upgrade in the dashboard settings in a few clicks.
What happens if I hit my student limit?

You'll be notified and won't be able to add new students until you upgrade. Existing students and their balances are unaffected.
Can parents pay for top-ups online?

Yes. Parents use the Parent Portal to top up their child's account via PayFast — credit card, EFT, or any method PayFast supports. The school receives the funds directly.
